How does Facilitea work?

1.- What types of marketing can be found on Facilitea?

The products and services in the Facilitea catalogue are marketed in two ways:

* Purchase Mode

* Intermediation Mode

These marketing modes are different and it is important that you are aware of the differences. You can see the specific mode under which products and services are marketed on the pages of each product and service.

2.- What does the Purchase Mode consist of?

Purchase Mode means that Facilitea sells the products and services directly.

Facilitea Selectplace S.A.U. ("Facilitea"), with registered office at Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes, 159-163, 08014 Barcelona, and company tax number (CIF) A58481730, presents the offers and sells the products and services in Spain. Product delivery is free of charge. The type of delivery will vary depending on the selected product, and the delivery details are shown on the specific pages of the products and services. 3.- What does the Intermediation Mode consist of?

The Intermediation Mode means that Facilitea acts as the intermediary in the marketing, but the products and services are sold and provided by third parties.

Facilitea presents the offers and is a mere intermediary of the third parties that sell the products or provide the services. The delivery conditions will vary depending on the product. You can find details about deliveries and regarding who the third parties are that sell the products and provide the services (the sellers and suppliers) on the specific pages of the products and services. 4.- What payment methods are available on Facilitea?

In general, you can pay for products and services immediately (by card) or finance the purchase by using a card and/or loan. This applies to both the Purchase Mode and the Intermediation Mode.

However, there are certain products and services whose only payment method is subscription. That is, you pay a regular instalment (usually monthly) until the product or service is paid for. You can find details about the subscription on the product and service information pages.

5.- What are the financing conditions?

* Financing via a loan is offered by CaixaBank, S.A., with registered office at calle Pintor Sorolla 2-4, 46002 (Valencia), and company tax number (CIF) A08663619.

* Financing via a card is offered by CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C, E.P., S.A.U., with registered office at Avda. Manoteras, número 20, Edificio París, 28050 (Madrid), and company tax number (CIF) A08980153.

CaixaBank, S.A. and CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C, E.P., S.A.U. collaborate exclusively on the financing of Facilitea purchases. The financing will be granted for the price shown on the product or service information page, unless the information page itself indicates otherwise. Financing is granted solely for the purchase of the product or service from Facilitea (Purchase Mode), or through Facilitea (Intermediation Mode). Financing must first be approved by the institution offering it.
