Facilitea is a public limited company (sociedad anómina) 100% owned by CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C. SAU, the financial credit institution specialising in consumer payments and finance that is part of the CaixaBank Group. Facilitea has a sole director and is governed by the management and the corporate policies that its parent company adopts.
