Any change made to the travel package financed which represents a change to the price must be arranged directly with Ávoris / B Travel. Ávoris / B Travel will adapt as far as possible to the amount financed by the client, but in practice the following situations may arise:

  • If the cost of the Facilitea travel package is greater than the cost of the Travel Plan, the client will receive an online voucher for the difference, to be redeemed whenever they want.
  • If the cost of the Facilitea travel package is less than the cost of the Travel Plan, the client must pay Ávoris / B Travel the difference.

Most destinations depart from Madrid and/or Barcelona (as shown in the product details). Ávoris / B Travel offers a transfer service to the departure cities, and for some destinations, according to availability, there is the possibility of a direct flight.

Once the order has been placed with Facilitea and the financing set up, within 24 working hours, Ávoris / B Travel receives the order and makes the initial call to the client to begin the process of configuring their Travel Plan. Once the Travel Plan has been finalised, the client must sign the Travel Contract with Ávoris / B Travel.

There is no grace period. Payment for the financing is standard for most Facilitea products and/or services. In the case of a loan, payment will be collected by default on 1st day of every month. In the case of a card, it will depend on the payment date in place with the client.

As with any other travel agency, cancelling a trip may incur cancellation or management charges. These will depend on each type of trip and will be dealt with through Ávoris / B Travel. All the information will be included in the Travel Plan and Combined Travel Contract signed by the client.
