How does Facilitea work?
1.- What types of marketing can be found on Facilitea?
The products and services in the Facilitea catalogue are marketed in two ways:
* Purchase Mode
* Intermediation Mode
These marketing modes are different and it is important that you are aware of the differences. You can see the specific mode under which products and services are marketed on the pages of each product and service.
2.- What does the Purchase Mode consist of?
Purchase Mode means that Facilitea sells the products and services directly.
Facilitea Selectplace S.A.U. ("Facilitea"), with registered office at Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes, 159-163, 08014 Barcelona, and company tax number (CIF) A58481730, presents the offers and sells the products and services in Spain. Product delivery is free of charge. The type of delivery will vary depending on the selected product, and the delivery details are shown on the specific pages of the products and services. 3.- What does the Intermediation Mode consist of?
The Intermediation Mode means that Facilitea acts as the intermediary in the marketing, but the products and services are sold and provided by third parties.
Facilitea presents the offers and is a mere intermediary of the third parties that sell the products or provide the services. The delivery conditions will vary depending on the product. You can find details about deliveries and regarding who the third parties are that sell the products and provide the services (the sellers and suppliers) on the specific pages of the products and services. 4.- What payment methods are available on Facilitea?
In general, you can pay for products and services immediately (by card) or finance the purchase by using a card and/or loan. This applies to both the Purchase Mode and the Intermediation Mode.
However, there are certain products and services whose only payment method is subscription. That is, you pay a regular instalment (usually monthly) until the product or service is paid for. You can find details about the subscription on the product and service information pages.
5.- What are the financing conditions?
* Financing via a loan is offered by CaixaBank, S.A., with registered office at calle Pintor Sorolla 2-4, 46002 (Valencia), and company tax number (CIF) A08663619.
* Financing via a card is offered by CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C, E.P., S.A.U., with registered office at Avda. Manoteras, número 20, Edificio París, 28050 (Madrid), and company tax number (CIF) A08980153.
CaixaBank, S.A. and CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C, E.P., S.A.U. collaborate exclusively on the financing of Facilitea purchases. The financing will be granted for the price shown on the product or service information page, unless the information page itself indicates otherwise. Financing is granted solely for the purchase of the product or service from Facilitea (Purchase Mode), or through Facilitea (Intermediation Mode). Financing must first be approved by the institution offering it.
¿Cómo funciona Facilitea?
1.- ¿Qué modalidades de comercialización puedes encontrar en Facilitea?
Los productos y servicios del catálogo de Facilitea se comercializan bajo dos modalidades:
* Modalidad Compra
* Modalidad Intermediación
Estas modalidades de comercialización son distintas y es importante que conozcas las diferencias. Podrás consultar en las páginas de cada producto y servicio la modalidad concreta bajo la que se comercializan.
2.- ¿En qué consiste la Modalidad Compra?
La Modalidad Compra significa que Facilitea vende directamente los productos y servicios.
Facilitea Selectplace S.A.U. ("Facilitea"), con domicilio en Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes, 159-163, 08014 Barcelona, y CIF A-58.481.730, presenta las ofertas y vende los productos y servicios dentro del territorio español. La entrega del producto es gratuita. El tipo de entrega variará en función del producto seleccionado, el detalle de la entrega se indica en las páginas específicas de los productos y servicios. 3.- ¿En qué consiste la Modalidad Intermediación?
La Modalidad Intermediación significa que Facilitea intermedia en la comercialización, pero los productos y servicios son vendidos y prestados por terceros.
Facilitea presenta las ofertas y es un mero intermediario de los terceros que venden los productos y prestan los servicios. Las condiciones de entrega variarán en función del producto. 4.- ¿Qué formas de pago están disponibles en Facilitea?
En general, podrás pagar los productos y servicios al contado (tarjeta) o financiar la compra mediante tarjeta y/o préstamo. Esto aplica para la Modalidad Compra y para la Modalidad Intermediación.
No obstante, hay determinados productos y servicios cuyo único método de pago es el de suscripción. Es decir, que pagas una cuota periódica (normalmente mensual) mientras el producto o servicio esté vigente. Puedes consultar los detalles de la suscripción en la ficha del producto o servicio.
5.- ¿Cuáles son las condiciones de la financiación?
* La financiación mediante préstamo es ofrecida por CaixaBank, S.A., con domicilio en calle Pintor Sorolla 2-4, 46002 (Valencia), y CIF A-08.663.619.
* La financiación mediante tarjeta es ofrecida por CaixaBank Payments & Consumer E.F.C, E.P., S.A.U., con domicilio en Avda. Manoteras, número 20, Edificio París, 28050 (Madrid), y CIF A-08.980.153.
CaixaBank, S.A. y CaixaBank Payments & Consumer E.F.C, E.P., S.A.U. colaboran exclusivamente en la financiación de las compras en Facilitea. La financiación se concederá por el precio indicado en la ficha del producto o servicio, salvo que en la ficha se indique otra cosa. La financiación se concede en exclusiva para la adquisición del producto o servicio a Facilitea (Modalidad Compra), o a través de Facilitea (Modalidad Intermediación). La financiación deberá aprobarse previamente por la entidad que la ofrece.
