Declaration of Accessibility

At Facilitea, we want our website to be accessible for everyone.

Accessible Content

We are working to comply with web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.2 level AA), established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

To achieve this, we have taken the following measures:

  • Full compliance with the requirement to provide alternative ways to obtain audio and video information, both pre-recorded and live information. For example:
    • A soundtrack that describes and conveys the visual information of a video, such as a text or graphics.
    • Subtitles.
    • Transcriptions.
  • Partial compliance with the requirement to enable content to be consulted using assistive technology tools, such as screen readers, while maintaining the same structure and information.
  • Partial compliance with the requirement for content to be distinguishable, for there to be sufficient contrast between elements, for it not to depend solely on colour to convey information, for it to be possible to increase the text or zoom screen size without losing information.
  • Partial compliance with the requirement for it to be possible to access and interact with all content using only the keyboard.
  • Partial compliance with the requirement to enable users to adjust or disable time limits when consulting content. For example, when consulting the PIN of a card, a carousel of images or content in Stories format.
  • Compliance with the requirement to prevent content from triggering epilepsy attacks.
  • Partial compliance with the requirement to help users navigate and interact with content using assistive technology or via the keyboard. For example, using a structure that is suitable for screen readers, or with descriptive headers and links.
  • Partial compliance with the requirement to provide users with ways to enter data other than the keyboard.
  • Full compliance with the requirement for content to be legible and understandable.
  • Partial compliance with the requirement for content to be clear. For example, for users to know when the content of a page will change as a consequence of their interaction, of for them always to have navigation elements available in the same order.

Non-Accessible Content

We are working in partnership with Ilunion Accesibilidad, S.A. so that we can progressively improve the accessibility of this website regarding the following points:

  • Non-compliance with the requirement to provide an alternative in text format for any content in other formats, such as images, videos or audio content. This is not required for content that is purely decorative.
  • Non-compliance with the requirement for content to provide clear instructions in order to prevent and correct mistakes.
  • Non-compliance with the requirement for content to be compatible with assistive technologies and keyboard navigation.
