The Right of Withdrawal

Customers will have the right to terminate the contract or withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 calendar days, calculated from the date of receipt of the ordered article.
The product must be in perfect condition, with its complete original packaging, not registered (in the case of vehicles) and with any included accessories or free gifts. The purchaser’s right of return is restricted in the following cases: mattresses (where only returns of articles packaged in their original plastic will be accepted), epilators, shavers and dental care articles (for reasons of hygiene, unless they have not been opened), and headphones (it is essential that these have not been unsealed).
In the case of large domestic appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, etc.), the product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered and the return will not be accepted if it has been used (except for the tests carried out by the installer).
In the case of vehicles, registration expenses and relevant taxes are not included and will be at the expense of the purchaser.

Withdrawal Time Period

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes material possession of the item.

Consequences of the Withdrawal

  • In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received to you, including the delivery charges if there are any, with no undue delay and without exception within 14 calendar days of the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
  • We will make said refund using the same payment method used by you for the original transaction; under no circumstances will you incur any expense as a consequence of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of their return, whichever condition is fulfilled first.
  • We will collect the item from the delivery address at our own expense.
  • You will only be liable for the loss in value of the goods as a result of any handling other than that required to establish the nature, features and functioning of the goods.
