How to request help from the central unit?

You have three options to activate it:

Option 01

SOS Button on the Central Unit

Press the red button with the emergency (SOS) icon located on the front of the central unit.

In seconds, a specialized Securitas Direct operator will assist you.

Option 02

Voice command (if enabled)

Say out loud twice "I need assistance" near the unit.

If the microphone is activated, an automatic connection will be established with the monitoring center.

Option 03

SOS Button on the watch

Press and hold the side button on the watch until the signal appears on the screen.

Within seconds, a specialized Securitas Direct operator will assist you to provide immediate help.

What happens after activating the Central Unit or the watch?

Helpful tip: Always keep the unit in a visible and accessible place, such as the living room or bedroom table. Avoid covering it with objects that could make it difficult to use.

We assist you in less than 20 seconds.

The watch will detect if you have a fall and, after 45 seconds without movement from the user, it will send an alert. Don’t forget to press the SOS button.
