Before making your purchase, please make sure you have completed these steps: confirm whether your electrical installation is single-phase (7.4 kW model) or three-phase (22 kW model) and that the distance between the electricity meter and the parking space is less than 60 metres. If the distance is of more than 60 metres, a surcharge will be charged to the customer before installation for each additional metre of cable.

Calculate the household consumption in real time and automatically adjust the charging power of the electric vehicle according to the contracted capacity.

Once the order has been placed, the authorised installation company will contact the customer to verify the information and request a video showing the route from the distribution board and to the location where the charging point will be installed. The customer will also be asked to provide electricity bill details to check the available power and to verify whether the installation is of the single-phase or three-phase type.

- The order can only be cancelled if the charger has not been installed yet.
- The customer has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to cancel the order. Once this period has elapsed, the installation will be carried out without the possibility of cancellation.
- Once the charger is installed, no cancellations are accepted.
