- Receive wages (above €600) or pension (above €300) or receive regular income into their account equal to or greater than €750 a month or €9000 a year.
- Have direct debits for 3 bills, make 3 purchases by card, pay monthly self-employed fees or professional taxes.
Unrelated customer: Customers that do not fulfil the above requirements.
