And let's not forget its cuisine, a mixture of influences characterised by the use of spices such as cumin, saffron and cinnamon and ingredients such as lamb, couscous and olives.

Travel itinerary:

• Day 1: SPAIN - CASABLANCA
  We will head to the airport for our flight to Casablanca. Our agents will meet and welcome you upon your arrival at Mohammed V Airport. Transfer to the hotel for check-in, dinner and overnight stay.


• Day 2: CASABLANCA - RABAT
  After breakfast, departure to visit the monuments of the economic capital of Morocco, Casablanca: Mohamed V Square, the exterior of the impressive Hassan II Mosque, the residential area of Anfa, the unique Habous and the exterior of the Royal Palace. After lunch (optional, not included, at a local restaurant), we will continue our journey to Rabat, the administrative capital of the country, for a panoramic tour including the Royal Palace (Mechouar), the Kasbah Oudaya, the mausoleum of Mohamed V, and the Hassan Tower. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.


• Day 3: RABAT - MEKNES - FEZ
  After breakfast in the morning, we will depart for Meknes to visit this Islamic capital famous for its 40 km-long walls. Visit of Bab Mansour and the Jewish quarter. After lunch (optional, not included, at a traditional Moroccan restaurant), we will continue with a visit to the impressive ruins of the Roman city of Volubilis, with a photo stop at the holy city of Moulay Idriss. We'll keep going until reaching Fez, after which we will enjoy dinner and stay in a hotel.


• Day 4: FEZ
  Breakfast at the hotel. An entire day for visiting Fez, the spiritual heartland of Morocco, during which we will discover its medieval medina, the Bou Anania Madrasa, the Nejjarine fountain, the Foundouq Neijarine (a museum of wood arts), the Moulay Idriss mausoleum, and the outside of the Karaouine Mosque. After an optional lunch not covered by the tour, the afternoon will see us visit the Royal Palace's esplanade, complete with its opulent golden gate, then proceed to discover Fez Jdid, the new medina located in Fez. Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.


• Day 5: FEZ - BENI MELLAL - MARRAKECH
  We will have breakfast in the morning and then head towards Marrakech, stopping at the Berber village of Immouzer Kandar and Ifrane along the way (the journey could be rerouted through Khenifra in the event of bad weather). Stop for lunch (optional not included) and a moment of relaxation in Beni Mellal, one of Morocco's agricultural centres. We will continue our route until we reach Marrakech. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.


• Day 6: MARRAKECH
  Our day's activities will start after breakfast, focusing on a visit to Marrakech, a city that is both historic and celebrated for its splendid palaces and monuments: The Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia Minaret and the Menara Gardens. We will stop for lunch (optional lunch not included) and then continue exploring the Secret Garden, reconstructed in the middle of the 19th century. We will complete our sightseeing tour with a stop at the famous Jamaa El Fna square with its surrounding souks and handicraft quarters. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.


• Day 7: MARRAKECH - CASABLANCA
  Free morning to enjoy the city or do some shopping in the souks. After lunch (optional lunch not included) departure to Casablanca. Arrival, dinner and accommodation.


• Day 8: CASABLANCA – SPAIN
  Breakfast in the morning. At the scheduled time, we will proceed to Casablanca airport to board our flight back to Spain, thus concluding our services.
