Management of Dependent Care Applications

The service consists of the preparation and submission of applications for the recognition of the degree of dependency required in order to access the services and financial aid of the dependent care system.

This service includes everything from the preparation of reports and completion of forms to the full online submission of an application for recognition of the degree of dependency recognised by the public authorities.

It also includes the management and preparation of all appointments with the relevant authorities and support until the final allocation of the benefit.

Service stages and details:

1. Creation of the application to contract the service
   • Full payment for the service plus applicable taxes
2. Viability assessment by QIDA
   • If the application is not viable, any money paid or financing will be refunded and the application will be cancelled
   • If it is viable, we will begin processing the application and providing support until a degree of dependency is awarded
   • Activation of the service or benefit
   • Advice prior to the final submission of the application and proactive monitoring of the activation of the benefit

• The required documentation and formalities vary depending on each autonomous community and in some cases include personal appearances.

(*) Price of services

The final price for QIDA services is € 605, including taxes. However, payment is not made in full at the beginning, but it is split into two payments of €302.50 each. It is important to know how these two payments are made and to which part of the service each payment corresponds:

1. €302.50, including taxes, are paid to Facilitea upon confirmation of the request for the services. This payment is for the initial assessment of the client's eligibility, including advice on the entire process and management of the submission of documentation to initiate the procedure and the provision of the full service under contract. If QIDA determines that the customer does not meet the requirements to become a beneficiary of the Dependency Law, Facilitea will return the amount of €302.50 to the customer. The amount will be returned to the customer using the same payment method, within 30 calendar days of rejection of the application.
2. €302.50 are paid to QIDA after the customer's application to become a beneficiary of the Dependency Law is accepted by the Spanish Government, which entitles the customer to receive aid. This means that, once the process has been successfully completed, 60 days after the resolution of the Individual Assistance Programme by the relevant Administration. Should the customer's application to receive aid as a beneficiary of the Dependency Law be rejected, QIDA will not charge the customer the €302.50 corresponding to the second payment. Furthermore, QIDA undertakes to repeat the processing procedure within a period of 12-36 months, agreeing on the procedure once again.

Penalty for early cancellation:

You can opt out of the QIDA service at any time. However, if you cancel the service before obtaining the degree of dependency recognised by the Administration and after the withdrawal period, you will have to pay a penalty.

• If you cancel the service up to month 5 from the signing of the contract, the penalty will be 150 € plus tax.
• If you cancel the service after the fifth month from signing the contract, the penalty will be €250 plus taxes.

This penalty shall be equivalent to the second part of the price outstanding to QIDA (€302.50), as it covers the expenses incurred in processing the degree of dependency
