According to the new DGT regulations in force starting January 2026, to legally ride an electric scooter in Spain, the scooter must:
- Be with the official register of the DGT
- Display a visible license plate; and
- Be covered with third-party liability insurance

The new Dynamic Pro Rider Dual Motor electric scooter, approved by the Spanish Directorate-General for Traffic, is powerful, practical and has a sturdy frame. It can take you everywhere in the city and even let you explore the outskirts, with amazing performance on dirt roads and unpaved off-road terrain, thanks to its 10-inch all-terrain tyres.
The Dynamic Pro Rider Dual Motor electric scooter has a 48 V 20 Ah lithium battery, which gives the scooter a longer range, so you can travel farther. The full charge time for the scooter is 7-8 hours, and it comes with lithium batteries, meaning it delivers a range of up to 60 km.
The Dynamic Pro Rider Dual Motor scooter can climb slopes of up to 28 degrees thanks to its dual motor, with each motor having a nominal power of 500 W, meaning a total nominal power of 1,000 W (maximum power of 2,000 W). It can take a maximum load of up to 120 kg and the adjustable handlebar can be set to suit all heights.
The scooter comes with lots of extras: 3 speed settings, a built-in multi-function central display, a long-range dual light, front and rear indicators and a horn.
Enjoy a better user experience, thanks to the SABWAY app via Bluetooth, which means you can monitor the status of your scooter: your remaining range in kilometres, the riding mode, plus a lock to prevent theft.
