Account and personal data

Personal data are any information that identifies you or could identify you, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address or identity document number. Facilitea only uses these data to deal with your purchases and fulfil its legal obligations. They are always processed in accordance with data protection regulations, and ensuring your privacy.

You can change your personal data by going to “My account” in the Facilitea store, after identifying yourself with your credentials. Here you can change details like your telephone number, email address, date of birth or address. Some details, such as first name, surnames or client type, cannot be altered.

Yes. At Facilitea we protect your personal data and process them in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD (Spanish data protection act).
