Payments and finance

Payment options may vary depending on the product and your profile as a CaixaBank client:

1. Pago único: You can pay with your credit or debit card in a single payment.
2. Payment in instalments: If you are a CaixaBank client, you can divide payment by card into several instalments straight from the website, with no need to log into CaixaBank NOW. In some cases, the option of Payment in 4 may be included if you have your income paid in directly.
3. Finance (loan): If you have a pre-granted limit, you can finance your purchase through a loan. In this case, the transaction is conducted in the CaixaBank NOW environment.
4. Subscription: Some services are arranged through a monthly subscription.

Payment by cash on delivery or bank transfer are not currently accepted.

If you do not have a CaixaBank card, you can only make a single payment by debit or credit card.

You can currently choose between payment in instalments by card in regular repayments of payment in 4 instalments. The latter option may include cashback if you have your income paid directly into CaixaBank.

On certain products, you may also opt for finance through a loan, in accordance with the conditions available at the time of purchase.

Finance is currently only available for CaixaBank clients, though we are working to expand it to all users.

If you're a CaixaBank client, you can have access to financing options during the purchase process.

When you get to the payment gateway at the checkout, choose the "payment in instalments" option and choose the form that works best for you. Depending on the product, you can also opt for finance through a loan.

It is very important that the debit or credit card be issued by CaixaBank; otherwise, the bank will not allow you to pay in installments, and you will have to make a single payment.
