Yes, you can ask to return an order within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, providing it is in perfect condition.

You have 14 calendar days to return a product, providing you have not used the product or registered it (in the case of motorcycles).

If you made your purchase as a guest, you can arrange the return by calling 900 404 202 or sending an email, stating the order number and the reason for the return.
If you're registered on the website, go to your user area, to "My orders", select the order in question, click on the three dots at the end and select "Return order".
If you've received a product that doesn't require installation, you have 14 business days to inspect it.
If you detect any operating defect or damage, go to your account, locate your order and lodge a claim by following these steps: My account > My orders > Breakdown of the order > click on the three dots (options icon) > "Open a Claim".

Once the 14-day period has passed, you’ll need to file a claim through the product’s warranty.
If you need to contact your product’s official technical support, check the list of official technical support services by brand (PDF).
Once the product has been collected and its condition verified in the warehouse, the outstanding payments will be cancelled and the sums already paid will be refunded within 48 hours.
If payment was made in a single sum, the full amount of the order will be refunded within the same time. Bear in mind that the bank may take between 2 and 5 further working days to show the amount in your account.

Once the return has been requested, the transport company will come to collect your order within 48 hours. They will contact you before collection to arrange the day and time, to make the process easier.
If you've asked for a return and they still haven't been to collect the product, we recommend you first check the email address associated with your order. You might have received a message with details of collection or additional instructions.
If you haven't received any notification or if more time has passed than indicated, you can contact our customer service department (900 404 202 / [email protected]) so we can check the status of your request and arrange for pickup as soon as possible.
